The Barley Mow serves an extensive range of delicious home-cooked food. Many of the meals come from recipes handed down from grandparents and great-grandparents and are prepared on the premises, in the traditional way by Landlady Colette and her excellent team of staff.

The Barley Mow offers a choice of roast dinners on Sundays, served with vegetables, roast and new potatoes.

Puddings are also popular, particularly the steamed syrup sponge, bread and butter pudding and the fruit crumbles, all made in the traditional way by Colette and her staff.

The Barley Mow offers a wide range of vegetarian meals and some vegan and gluten-free meals are available. There is also a snack menu offering a variety of filled bread cobs, chips, burgers and light meals and a tiny tots menu for the children.

Weekdays 6.00 - 9.00 pm
Weekends 12.00 - 3.00 pm and 6.00 - 9.00 pm.
